Truly Caring
You know that feeling that you get when you realize that the people around you actually care about you. Even though they have told you that they care, and they usually act like they care. But when it hits you that it is really true. Sitting in the cabin in West Virginia, with my abdominals throbbing in pain, with tears sliding down my cheeks, people surrounded me, my friends new and old, telling me how much they love me, some holding back tears themselves, and then praying for me. All the people that prayed for me, people I didn't even know praying for me. When I was back from the hospital I had people coming and asking if I was feeling better, I didn't know their names or where they were from, but they cared about me. Even some of the people in my own youth group shocked me, I came back from the hospital and the first thing they did was hug me, and before that I bet I probably could have counted all the nice words they had said towards me in one hand. And people who, while they were never mean to me they had never said more than two words to me, they came and asked if I was feeling alright. How much love there was radiating from all of them. All of them through God. I truly treasure that, and I would like to thank all of those who, when I most needed it Truly Cared!
Luv ya all!
