Solution

I went today to a Naturologist...i think that was his title, to find out what was wrong with me...it was interesting. He said that I react badly to Yeast, Wheat, and Yellow Dye. This is about 80% of my normal diet.

This is the list of things I am not allowed to eat for at least the next 1-3 months...maybe longer:

breads, cake/cake type mixes, canned refrigerator biscuits, Borden, Pillsbury, General Mills products, canned soups, cereals with thiamine, rolls, homemade or canned niacin, riboflavin, other vitamins, cookies, crackers, yeast, hamburger buns, hotdog buns, meat fried or backed in crumbs, milk fortified with vitamins, pasteries, pretzels, salt-rising bread, TV dinnners, flour of any kind, apple vinegar, pear vinegar, grape vinegar, distilled vinegar as such, or in all cheeses, catsup, pickles, horseradish, sour cream, BBQ sauce, mince pie, buttermilk, mayonnaise,sauerkraut, root beer, french dressing, tomato sauce, ginger ale, Gerbers Oatmeal, mushrooms, olives, condiments, truffles, salad dressing, chili, soy sauce, pepers etc., dried fruits, cereals, candy, milk drinks, citrus fruit juices, frozen or canned that have been malted, barly cereal.

Along with a few other things i can have but he doesnt recommend.

This will be a very interesting diet...especially because, i have to also eat things with low fat because I don't have a gallbladder anymore.
