Dial-up Dies!
I've been suffering with a dial-up connection for too long for me to remember when it all started. It really gets annoying taking 10 minutes to log on to the internet and then about another 10 to even get a page to work properly. And then being in the middle of something important and having someone call our house and having the internet logout so the phone rings...thats annoying. But now all my dial-up problems are over. We now have some type of highspeed connection and I am tres excited! I have about 13 windows open now and i'm watching music videos (which i could never do before), placing an avon order talking to people online, and i'm not getting cut off! This is the most exciting thing ever. I should be on a commercial, I'd be one of those very excited people that hate loathe and despise dial-up and are now very happy! Best part? My step-dad needs it for work so his boss pays for it for the first year!!! All smiles here! And I sympathize all of those still on dial-up.
Luv ya all!

i always have a gazillion things going on at once...it's amazing! i never had dial up though, so i don't know what it's like not to, so i'm not as excited as you
Bah...dial up...
At least grandpa has DSL now...something to look forward to over Thanksgiving break, which starts at 12:35 today.
Unfortunately, I'll be using it mostly for my English Lit Term Paper that's due first thing in the morning when I come back Tuesday.
Ugh.
I know what you're saying. Not only do I have dial up, I also have AOL! Double whammy! But Hark! As I type this, I am ordering DSL (well not at the same time...you know dial up!)!
