First Day of School!

Today was amazing! Oh my goodness! I loved today! I have never had a better start to the school year! I love all of my teachers, and I have so many friends in my classes, I'm going to give you a play by play of my day:

Homeroom: Today's homeroom was 2 hours long because they have these orientation things for each grade that they go over rules and tell us to keep up the good work and stuff like that. I love my homeroom because Andrea is in it and other fun people, so we get to hang out and do yearbook stuff. It was interesting because the announcement thing was messed up so it was really quiet and nobody could hear it, and it was also bad because the bell was also either really quiet, or in some buildings it was nonexistant, people really have to watch the clock until they fix it, especially because at the end of the day the bells were not only quiet but they were ringing really early. Our assembly told us that our principle is moving to a different school, but we don't know who we are going to get now as our principal.

1st Period: Tuesday-Friday I will be going to gym this period, but today was Monday, so I went to my double lab period for Honors Chemistry, so I spent two class periods in a row there. I loved that class, the teacher is super nice and actually made it sound like I will like this class, and made me want to start homework and stuff!

2nd Period: I had Chemistry second period, and you all just read about that so i'm not going to repeat that.

3rd Period: I have English this period, and I was a bit nervous, I knew I had a lot of my friends in that class, so I wasn't worried about that, but what I was worried about was the teacher. But when Mrs. Wilhelm gave her talk to us I realized I shouldn't worry, she sounds like a really good teacher, and the rumor about 20 page essays was incorrect. They used to do those essays...but now they have decided that quality is better than quantity when it comes to the lengths of our essays.

4th Period: This period I am a little unsure of. I have Sociology this period, and I thought that this would be a great class, and I still think it will be, I'm just a bit worried because I only know one girl there, and we aren't very close friends, although I'm the only one she knows too, so maybe we will become friends because we will have to work together a lot. And the teacher is really nice so that can't be too bad.

5th Period: Oh goodness! French! I really am sooo happy about this class, the past two years I have had Dr. O'leary as my teacher, and she really is very nice, but the thing is, she doesn't speak very loudly, so it's hard to hear her, and well, I don't think we learned that much.... But now, I have Ms. McCoy, and she speaks loud and clearly and slowly, I understood almost everything she said today, I think I will actually learn stuff this year I am so excited.

6th Period: I was nervous about this class. I have Mrs. Robb, and she is this really crazy teacher, but she is really funny, and entertaining, and I am glad I have her, because I feel like I could actually ask her for help, and that she will be a great teacher. I don't know why everyone doesn't like her!

7th Period: American History II Honors, is the class I have this period, and I have so many friends in this class, and the teacher is nice, I think this will actually be a really great class, I sit near a lot of people I like, and there are a lot of people that don't sit near me that I like too!

8th Period: This is another class where I don't have many friends, I only know a few people in the class and they don't sit near me, and they all have other friends, this is my psychology class, I am just kinda hoping this will not be a lot of group work....

9th Period: CHORUS!!! OMG I love this class. Mr. K is the most awesomest person ever! And this years musical is Thoroughly Modern Millie! I am sooooo excited! OMG you should have seen how much I was smiling in this class!

Then at the end of the day Andrea and I walk up to our buses...and then I came home all excited for tomorrow!

Luv ya all!

Yay for the first day of classes! If I get time, I'll probably post tomorrow. Then again, maybe not. Who knows? My schedule's a wreck, but is anything else new?

P.S.: My code is vgiqglcj; I like the giqgl in the middle.
