Garfield

I went to Kennywood today and it was so fun, sure it rained the first five minutes but the rest of the time there was no rain at all. We had a pretty great group, it was Chris and I, Charlotte and Pat, Carly and Dan. A few other people came and left in turn but that was our main group until Charlotte left at four. A little after that we had the most fun ever, its a shame Charlotte missed it.

There is this ride called Garfields Nightmare, it replaced the old mill and yes admittedly it is a tiny bit lame. But somehow we had enough fun to go three times. Now to understand this you must know that you go through the ride in a boat, that can fit 6 people in it. Well the first time we went we sat 1 in the front and two in the back and middle, we sat that way because i didn't hear the lady running the ride when she said two in front and two in back and one in the middle.

Now none of us are extremely heavy people, I would venture to guess that I was the heaviest, but we should have not been soo heavy that we got stuck in several places on the ride, the first time we just sat there asking each other if this was supposed to happen, once we realized that it was not supposed to happen we starting pulling on the sides adn pushing forward, by the end we were a bit annoyed but also highly amused.

We decided to go on a second time to see if we changed the positions we sat in if we wouldnt get stuck....so we sat the way we were told to the first time...we still got stuck. It was hilarious, we kept hearing the same things that Garfield was saying over the speakers a zillion times. After that we went on one more time just to see another change in positions once again we stuck. So after that we decided to go ride somethign else and Chris looked at his watch and realized we had spent an hour on that ride!

So yeah, that was very interesting. We decided that the ride needs more water in it and that over all its pretty lame...but we are just a cool group that manages to have fun with even the lamest things!
