Global Impact

Yesterday I left with my youth group to attend Global impact, it lasted from about 9am till about 8:30pm. It was amazing, 600 people joined together in Pittsburgh to worship God. We sang, we prayed and we listened to people talk about God, and much more. In the morning, after we were registered, we played football against another church from New York. It was so much fun...even though you couldn't exactly say that I'm good at any aspect of football. lol. After that we went into a church and sang and prayed together for the people in Pittsburgh. After that we went out and played games and ate lunch. Lots of fun gathering with other Christians.

After that we headed into another church where we sang and prayed some more, and then we split into different groups. My group had about 10 people, we headed to a recreation center in the North Side of Pittsburgh. we cleaned up the trash along the sides of the center, we cleared a hill of weeds and leaves so plants could be planted, and we talked to the children at the recreation center. It was awesome to be helping people so close to our own homes. After that we had dinner and went to a very emotional church service where we sang prayed and worshiped God. Being in that group of 600+ was amazing and also being in our small group from Beverly Heights was also the greatest ever. God Bless!

Luv ya all!
