Traveling Pants

I love reading. I love to pick a book and then sit and read for hours at a time. I’m a big fan of fantasy books, books that take you to another world with castles, and fairytale lands, I also am a fan of books that make you think, “The Giver” by Lois Lowry is an example of that. But last night I read a book called “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” This book is about four girls who all have different personalities, and problems and yet they all remain best friends. I loved this book and highly recommend it. For those who aren’t a fan of reading there is a movie that is very close to the book. For any girls that read this it is very interesting to be able to identify with one of the characters, Carmen, Tibby, Lena, and Bridget. I personally identify with Carmen and for those who read this book and that know me you will instantly see all of our similarities.

And for all the guys who are reading this and thinking that sounds like a book I wouldn’t be caught dead with then consider this, Everyone knows that you have trouble understanding girls, this could help. Overall this book illustrates the dramatic twists and turns of a teen’s life.
